Meet Our Staff
Pedro Benitez, one of our bilingual (Spanish and English) sales persons, finished University in Mexico and migrated to the states where he attended Independence High School in San Jose, CA and received his High School Diploma. His studies at Independence High School helped him elevate his English. During Pedro’s on going 5-year journey with Mission Valley Ford, he plays multiple roles as; Fleet Sales/Leasing Account Manager & the weekend Finance Manager. Pedro first started his sales background in 2008, this was the start to his career, he knew sales was his calling! Pedro goes above and beyond to ensure his sales experience is up to date by taking extensive training courses and seminars, one of which was by the famous motivator, Tony Robinson. Pedro’s working his way to his goal of being a well-recognized commercial vehicle sales person. He wants to be your big or small companies go-to person for all your commercial needs. Pedro has only shown success which is modeled by his sales practice, listening to the customers needs and services and working one-on-one with the customer to get to the best outcome for them. When Pedro is not delivering your commercial vehicles, he is one with the outdoors, where he is practicing his swing at golf and tennis. Pedro doesn’t shy away from trying something new, he is even learning to ride a dirt bike. “Vote for Pedro!”
Jim Lazarus has demonstrated his commitment to the “Mission Valley Way” over the last couple years through both his words and his actions. Jim has earned the trust of several small/large companies and maintains a strong client relationship to generate repeat business. Jim is mastered certified as a Commercial Account Manager with over 4 decades in the truck industry. Alistair MacLeod once said, “Measure twice; cut once.”, Jim’s philosophy is, “Measure three times, cut once.”.

Providing exceptional customer service and paying close attention to detail is something that Wayne has always had a passion for. Wayne is easy to communicate with, is a problem solver, and very trustworthy, all of his customers just love his vibe. Wayne studied at Cal Poly and received a Minor in Business and a Bachelors in Nutritional Science with the hopes to be a Pharmaceutical Sales Person – but let’s face it, his calling has always been and is Commercial Fleet Sales! Wayne has been with Mission Valley Ford since 2017 and nothing is slowing him down – his goals are to keep his customers happy by finding the solution to their problem that works best for them. He also, hopes to get referrals from customers for growth and to gain clientele so he can “Beat Saul!”, and become the salesmen of the month. Wayne has an extensive fleet sales background that will help him reach his goal. He has worked for in air freight for 17 years, worked for XPO Logistics, Seko Logistics, and UniShippers; where he placed one of the top 3 salespersons for 5 years straight. So, it is only a matter of time until he leaves Saul in the dust. When he isn’t killing it on the salesfloor, Wayne keeps himself busy with lots of different hobbies. He is a very artistic and creative person who has made several metal sculptures and he even made his phone case carved out of wood! When he is not in his workshop, he is out enjoying the outdoors, enjoying some fresh air golfing or getting down and dirty dirt biking. Wayne’s vibe comes from his way of thinking, “Project good energy you’ll get that same energy back.”. And we couldn’t agree more!

Eric Casucci is a results-driven, optimistic and enthusiastic sales professional with over 10 years of experience as a finance, and a sales manager in car and truck sales. He is skilled at matching the right truck for each of his client's unique needs and committed to helping them choose the best fit. He believes in not trying to take advantage of you on a one car deal, but to be fair and transparent in the sales process and sell you multiple trucks now and in the upcoming years. Throughout his career, Eric has earned the trust of several large, as well as smaller companies. Also, he has added many municipalities to his book of business and maintained strong client relationships that generate repeat business. He attributes his success to his ability to listen to customers and put their needs first. In his free time, Eric enjoys being a family man with his beautiful wife Monica, and their two boys, Eric and Mason. Eric also likes to take his 1967 Ford Mustang out for a cruise.
