Memberships
The Rotary Club of San Jose was established in 1914, and is the most active and well know service organization in the community. We are a leadership organization working together to make a difference. Our members include local business, professional and civic leaders. We form lasting friendships through our shared Rotary experiences including weekly meetings with interesting speakers, committee meetings and projects, social events and group service projects within our community and internationally.
California New Car Dealers Association (CNCDA), founded in 1924, is a statewide trade association representing franchised new car and truck dealers throughout California. Its purpose is to advocate for the interests of its dealer members, protect their business rights, and promote a strong and competitive automotive retail industry. CNCDA engages in legislative and regulatory advocacy, offers legal and compliance support, and provides industry insights through reports like the California Auto Outlook. The association also supports the community by promoting workforce development, supporting educational initiatives, and contributing to local charities through dealer-led programs.
American Truck Dealers (ATD), founded in 1970, represents franchised medium- and heavy-duty truck dealers across the United States. As a division of the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), ATD focuses on advocacy, regulatory support, and dealer education. It promotes the interests of truck dealers at both the state and federal levels and hosts the annual ATD Show, a key event for industry networking and professional development. ATD is dedicated to strengthening the commercial truck industry and supporting the success of its members.
National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), established in 1917, is a leading trade organization representing franchised new car and truck dealerships across the United States. Its primary purpose is to advocate for the interests of dealers at the federal level, support their operations through education, legal guidance, and regulatory assistance, and promote a fair and competitive automotive marketplace. NADA has a significant impact on the industry by influencing policy, advancing dealership best practices, and providing vital economic data and training resources. Through its efforts, NADA helps strengthen the retail auto industry and supports the long-term success of its dealer members.
Sponsorships
One Giving Tree works with established nonprofit agencies to provide Christmas tree “kits” (A fresh cut tree, ornaments, a bio-degradable tree stand with eco-friendly bowl, a waterless hydration system) to local kids and their families, our precious senior citizens, group homes, and others who would otherwise go without a tree during the holidays.
It’s pretty simple. We provide Christmas trees.
