Can I test ride the e-Bike?
Yes, test rides are available at our dealership. All test riders must sign a liability waiver and must wear their own helmet to ride.
How do the “power assist” modes work?
Your bike has four available riding modes (and ‘non-assisted’). Each of our bikes do have varying options, we recommend recommending reading the user manuals below:
What happens if the battery goes flat?
No worries, your bike will turn into a “standard” bike and you will be able to ride in non-assisted mode.
Can I ride it in the rain?
Although your bike is weather resistant (can handle light rain) it is recommended that you do not ride in torrential rain or through deep puddles. This can enter your battery and motor, causing damage.
Can I ride my Ford electric bike off road or on trails?
The Bronco is comfortable on-road and off-road trail riding thanks to the suspension forks and grippy tires. The Mustang is more at home on tarmac, but can handle smooth gravel or dirt roads.
What happens if there is a warranty issue or concern with my bike?

Are duties/taxes included?
Applicable state and local taxes are allied upon checkout dependent on the delivery address entered at checkout.
